During yoga, the breath connects us to the quantum level of energy and we will begin to work on the subtle aspects of ourselves, that we cannot see.
Although we can experience symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, these are just the result of an underlying cause that we is also unaware of. certainly with anxiety and depression this can be the often the case. Yoga works on a far deeper level enabling us to bring feelings to the surface that we can process and release emotions that may change a shift leading to greater self awareness and growth.
